Clean Eating- Asian Style Salmon Patties

This is one of my go-to clean eating recipes. Love it! I never actually realized how easy this recipe was until I was filming simultaneously. lol

Do any of you eat clean or try to make clean recipes every now and then? I'm not the best at being 100% clean with eating, but I do try to eat healthy whenever possible. I've even been known to make a vegan recipe here and there.

Share with me any recipes you think I might like! I'm always looking for new recipes to try!

You definitely should- if you like fish! I, for one, love salmon and fish, and this is a perfect change from chicken and turkey meat for me! Let me know if you try it!

I love that you admitted that you forgot to put the sesame oil in. haha!
And heck yes...to the glass of wine. I follow Julia Child's lead, "I like to cook with wine. And sometimes I even add it to my food." LOL!
SO this looks amazing! I totally need to make this. I pretty much eat according to the 4-hour body guidelines...so lots of protein and vegetable carbs.

So could you email me the recipe??
