There's lots of food in this post...

I decide to take advantage of the"additional pages" feature on blogger- I created a page specifically to record my weekly workouts, so if you're interested I'm going to start recording those on Monday! Check out the menu bar above this post.

I was a cooking fiend today! On the agenda: Cranberry Orange Muffins and Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf. Both turned out pretty good!

Cranberry Orange Muffins

Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf
Sure it looks like a bloody massacre, but I promise it is SO delicious. The best I've ever made, actually. There's meat under there somewhere.....

Brady just laid around all day. Damn lazy dog. :-) Sike. He's precious!

Also, did I mention I was contacted by Pom Wonderful a few weeks ago- They saw my blog and thought I'd be interested in their Pom Wonderful juice. Uhm. Heck yeah I would! I love their original juice, and they sent me an entire case of their Pom Blueberry. IT IS AMAZING. :-)

What did you do today? For me, the day came and went so quickly :-(

YUMMMM!

I made banana bread (with walnuts)today, and my boyfriend and I watched Alice in Wonderland. I also went to the gym. I just ate two pieces of said banana bread before dinner. Mmmmmm.

P.S... Send Pom my way!

Those cranberry orange muffins looks delish! One of my favorites. And Brady is so cute sunning outside.

Oh yumm! All of this looks SO good! And I love me some POM - my hubby does too, and boy is it good for you!

Your pup looks adorably lazy! Those muffins look great too. And ooh, I didn't know we could do different pages on Blogger - hm, maybe some place for me to put my food concoctions. Lastly, how does Pom taste? I don't think I've ever had it before - do you drink it straight or mix it?

Thanks guys! I love to cook and make healthy recipes.

Lisa- You drink the POM juice straight- no mixing. Although I’m sure it’d taste pretty good in a martini or drink such as that! I’d definitely tell you to pick some up and try it! It's 100% Pomegranate juice- well unless it's the blueberry or other mixed juice flavor. It has quite a bit of sugar, but it’s all natural and the stuff really is good for you.

The muffins look so perfect, you have me craving them now! Today has been a completely quiet day for me. Lots of internet and LSAT practice, boring, but I am going to an antique auction with my dad tonight which could be fun!

Gen- I'll post the muffin recipe! I think I'll start a recipe page along with my "Workouts" page up top....
