The start of a work week is annoying enough, but with added pressures and stressors, mine was a wreck.
For starters I'm so stressed out about moving and packing, which I've started this week. I only have three weeks left in the apartment and three weeks left with my baby Brady. Which makes me cry thinking about it. It's hard to pack up and leave after feeling like you've finally just settled in somewhere.
From now on, I won't mention my work at all in this blog. This blog isn't about work to begin with, but apparently some people tend to think it is. Enough said. Won't go into details.
No workout today. There was a beer and about 3 chocolate chip cookies involved after work though. :-(
I'm just so sad right now. My head hurts. Too much going on at once.

Moving is such an uneasy feeling. Just remember you can always go "back home", that's what my dad always said and it always was reassuring to me.....Hang in there!

I am sorry you are a little stressed. Just remember -- one thing at a time and eventually it will all get done. Moving is a pain!

I was at first hesitant, and then I decided to go. The first class I went to was okay, and then I went to a different teacher and LOVED it. I feel like it depends on the teacher but it definitely gets my heart pumping. Besides jumping around, it's good for coordination and you actually work your abs and butt off literally shaking around. I feel like since I started taking it I've rediscovered my love for dancing, and I feel more confident dancing in public. I'd say give it a shot. If it can cheer me up from a horrible day, I'm sure that it's a positive hour well spent:-)!!!!
Oh no...who is keeping your baby Brady while you are away for work?! I thought he was going with you :(
I hate to be away from "The Ambassador of Pretty" as I call my chi, Trinket. And a good kennel is so expensive!
