If you've clicked this tab you want to know what I do for my workouts, right? Yeah. I figured. I'm smart like that.

I don't claim to be in tip-top shape (I'm not, but will be) but when I actually put my mind to it and WANT to be healthy, I'm damn good at it. As of March 1, 2012, I've re-introduced high-protein, low-carb into my life again. It never fails to provide me fast, lasting results....well, lasting until I eat any and everything I want and fall face-first straight off the wagon. I'm such an all-or-nothing girl, too. It sucks being human.

If you have any questions or want to know my thoughts on any of the DVDs or other workouts I do, feel free to leave a comment or Formspring question (main page).

Stats and Facts:

Height: 5'10
Highest Weight: 230 (Shit. I just admitted that? Oh, well. Not going back there again anyway)
Lowest Weight: 165
Goal Weight: 150??

#1: I carry my weight well. How do I know? I've been told. Oh, and I just know (that whole smart thing again). No one can ever guess my weight- I fool them all. MUWAHAHA!!  I thank those years of gymnastics for giving me lots of muscle. Need proof? See below:

(Me in all my 165 lb glory. Smallest I've been since the womb.)

#2: My legs are my favorite body part to train. When my legs are in top form they. are. beasts! I love hot legs. I love lunges. Yes. Yes, I do. I see results quickly in my lower body.

#3: So, yeah...love legs, hate upper body. I'm broad shouldered and tend to carry weight in my upper body and middle area (Apple Shape) so losing weight in these areas happen last.

#4: When I'm trying to lose weight, I like to workout 5-6 days a week. Usually 4 days of cardio and the rest strength training.

#5: In October 2010 I ran my first competitive race, The Army 10 Miler. I didn't care for the training aspect to be honest, and neither did my knee. I like running, but only on the rare occasion.

What's in my DVD Drawer?
Insanity
Beachbody Les Mills PUMP
P90X
Bob Harper's Inside Out Method: Super Strength
Jari Love Extremely Ripped! 1000
Two Turbo Fire DVDs (scored off e-bay. I wanted to try the program before I decided to buy)

Cardio:
Right now my cardio of choice is INSANITY.

Strength:
I rely primarily on my at-home DVDs for my strength workouts as I cancelled my gym membership. The mix of DVDs I own provide me with stremgth training but also keep my heart rate up while training. I like getting the biggest bang for my buck!

At-Home Gear:
Free weights: 8, 10 and 15 lb. dumbbells. (I'm pretty much Xena)
Running Shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 11
Treadmill
iPod (loaded with lots of Britney, Girl Talk, Foo Fighters and E-603)

My Motivation:
