I did great workouts Monday and yesterday, and came home from work with every intention of working out...and yet...here I sit...on the couch...unmotivated to even get up to fix dinner. :( Did I mention I'm craaaaaaaving a cold glass of wine. Sigh.<br /><br />We need to be workout buddies - what workouts do you do? Let me know if you ever want to meet up for a run/walk of the bridge or maybe you can come bring your insanity DVD over and introduce me to it - I've never tried it! Anyways, I really believe that 1-2 glasses of red wine a night is just fine.
